Benefits of health data tracking*

Tracking physical activity can motivate you to engage more with your health.¹ When Audéo Fit is paired with myPhonak, it can track and display your live heart rate, resting heart rate and an overview of your heart rate on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.* Lower resting heart rate is linked to better health over the long-term².

When paired with myPhonak, Audéo Fit enables fitness tracking at your fingertips by tracking activities such as:
  • Heart rate
  • Steps taken and distance walked or ran
  • Calories burned

Frequently asked questions

Audéo Fit can be worn when exercising and tracks the number of steps taken, the distance walked or ran and displays the time spent at different activity levels (none, low, medium, high). Please discuss with your hearing care professional the type of exercise you wish to exert, the retention of the earpiece, as well as cleaning, maintenance and servicing of the hearing aids.

The Audéo Fit reaches the IP class IP 68. IP68 indicates that the hearing aid is water resistant and dust tight. It survived continuous immersion in 1 meter of water for 60 minutes and 8 hours in a dust chamber as per the IEC60529 standard. A “sweat test” has been performed for Audéo Life to test beyond IP68 standards.
