APD 2.0 is the processing algorithm in Phonak Lumity hearing aids that was designed to balance their audibility, loudness, and sound quality.

APD 2.0 updates:
  • Adaptive compression speed
  • Linearized high-level gain
  • New pre-calculation for mild-to-moderate hearing losses

Feedback threshold overtuning provides you with more control and flexibility to achieve the desired high frequency gain without having to run a feedback test.

Offers the ability to change the performance levels for Phonak hearing aids, which can help address client needs from the very first visit or during repairs.

AudiogramDirect can be used as part of the fitting process to test clients’ hearing directly through their hearing aids. It’s designed to check a client’s hearing during a follow-up session but can also provide a starting point for a new first fitting remotely.
