Frequently asked questions

Sky Marvel have an IP68 rating for dust and water protection and indicates that the hearing aid is water and dust resistant. Although it can survive continuous immersion in 1 meter of fresh water for 60 minutes, we do not recommend that the child swims with the hearing aids one.

The battery types are dependent on the model of hearing aid your child wears. M – size 312; PR- rechargeable Lithium-ion, size – SP – 13; UP –  size 675.

Kids grow quickly and their hearing needs change. Therefore, their hearing aids need to be able to cater for their needs as they grow. They need to be safe when the child is young and curious and starts playing with their hearing aid. They need to be safe and robust if the child falls, and they need to be easy for parents to maintain. BTE hearing aids serve these purposes better than other styles of hearing aids.
