What to do when I hear the Phonak TV Connector signal in only one ear?

Verify both hearing aids have a functional battery and are switched on.
Verify the TV Connector displays a solid green light, indicating it is streaming audio.
Re-pair the hearing aids to the TV Connector by holding down the Connect button on the back of the TV Connector until you hear a confirmation beep in your Phonak hearing aids indicating a successful pairing.
