myPhonak App - Unable to Forget Hearing Aids Due to Missing Bluetooth LE Connection
When attempting to remove (forget) hearing aids from the myPhonak app, users may encounter an issue where the process stalls and the loading wheel spins indefinitely. This usually occurs when the Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) connection is not available.
