Why can’t the myPhonak Junior app pair with my hearing aids?
There can be several reasons why the hearing aids cannot pair with the app:
1. Incompatible devices. The app cannot pair with the devices because they are not compatible. The myPhonak Junior app is compatible with: myPhonak Junior app: compatible hearing aids Same type of hearing aids has to be used on both ears.
2. During the pairing process an internet connection is needed. 3. Check if Bluetooth on your smartphone is activated. 4. On Android smartphones- Location Services must be enabled during the initial setup of the app. After the initial setup- Location Services are not required for the app to work.
If those requirements are fulfilled and pairing during the setup of the app was not done or failed- Tap “Retry” to restart the pairing process and follow the instructions.
